This policy describes how Grace Studio (operated by Profit Visions s.r.o., Czech Republic) processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you submit the contact/order form, we collect: your name, email address, website URL, and the message content you provide. No payment data is collected on this site — payment is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.
Solely to process your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Processing is based on contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for service delivery, and legitimate interest for post-delivery follow-up.
Order-related data is retained for 5 years per Czech accounting law, then deleted.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact hello@gracestudio.link-v.pro to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ).
We use Formspree (form submission) and Stripe (payment). Each operates under their own GDPR-compliant privacy policies.
