These terms govern the provision of copywriting services by Grace Studio (Profit Visions s.r.o., Czech Republic) to clients.
Grace Studio provides B2B copywriting services at fixed prices as listed on the website. Scope is agreed per order before work begins.
Invoices are issued on delivery. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added where legally required under EU/Czech rules.
Standard delivery is 48 hours from order confirmation. This is a target, not a guarantee; we will notify you promptly of any delay.
One round of revisions is included in each service. If the delivered work is materially not as described, a full refund will be issued on request. We do not offer refunds after revisions have been used and accepted.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered copy. Grace Studio retains no rights to use it without permission.
Information you share for the purpose of your order is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
Grace Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are subject to Czech courts.
